Supporting start-ups in their early phase on the way to process maturity
Building processes that hold before growth outruns them: planning, procurement, logistics, figures. Process maturity means the company stays able to act even when the founders are not in the room.
Form: fixed-term accompaniment, usually across one build-up phase.

Mentoring and coaching for company-wide ERP projects at management and project lead level
Over some 20 years, I have accompanied five medium and large ERP implementations in Germany and Europe as the responsible project manager. That experience is available to management and project leads as a sparring partner — before the decision, during the implementation, after go-live.

AI in the business context has been part of my work since 2024, with a particular focus since 2025 as the responsible executive at EcorNaturaSì in Italy. Always with the aim of using AI as valuable support with high potential for synergy and quality, without losing sight of humanity as an invaluable potential.
